Location: Fulham Correctional Centre 
Role Type: Part Time (3 days a week) ongoing, onsite 
Required days: Flexible (Friday availability highly preferred) 
Remuneration:  starting at $ 81,038.72 inclusive of 12% super  pro-rata (Dependent on skills and experience) 

 

Step into a role where you make a real impact! As an Enrolment Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our Corrections Education Centre, helping education thrive. From the first application to induction, enrolment and completion, you’ll own the entire student journey, helping to make every step smooth, efficient, and rewarding. 

 

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative admin network, working alongside another onsite admin team member and connecting with admin colleagues across other correctional sites. You’ll be well supported by peers and your Program Lead, who will help guide, train and welcome you into the role. This is an office-based position with minimal prisoner contact, offering a structured and team-focused environment. 

 

As an Enrolment Officer, you will: 

  • Facilitate all aspects of student applications and enrolments: processing admissions, inductions, resulting and grading, preparing statements of results, and issuing statements of attainment
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards
  • Provide high‑quality data for reporting purposes
  • Support effective operations and collaborate closely with the Director of Corrections, Program Leads and teaching staff
  • Use sound judgement and problem‑solving to respond to client queries and assist leaders with complex issues, including addressing queries for externals, employers and students

  • Confidence in handling external enquiries over the phone - you’re a clear and professional communicator

  • Proficiency across support functions (e.g.: finance, student records, payroll etc) - supportive on-the-job training will be provided to navigate different systems
  • Basic Excel skills to manipulate data and create reports
