About The Role: 
As a VETDSS Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Vocational Education and Training Delivered to Secondary Students (VETDSS) programs. You’ll manage applications, contracts, and student data, ensuring compliance and smooth operations across all campuses.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing VETDSS applications and student records across digital platforms
 - Coordinating contracts and invoicing in line with program timelines
 - Supporting internal and external stakeholders including schools and teaching portfolios
 - Monitoring attendance and reporting compliance
 - Collaborating with other teams and adapting to changing priorities
 
Ideally looking for someone to start on 19th January 2026 until 24th April 2026.

 - Initiative and accountability in independent work
 - Efficient time management and adaptability
 - Experience in VETDSS or education administration (desirable)
 - Understanding of VCAA compliance requirements (desirable)
 - A Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent experience (desirable)
