About The Role:

As a Teacher - Diploma of Nursing, you will deliver high-quality vocational education and competency-based assessment to students undertaking our Diploma of Nursing program. You'll support learners throughout their studies while maintaining strong industry relevance and educational excellence.

 

In this role you will:

  • Deliver engaging face-to-face and online nursing education
  • Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey
  • Conduct assessment and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the development of learning and assessment resources
  • Maintain strong connections with the healthcare industry to ensure training reflects current practice
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive and student-centred learning environment

 

About You:

We're looking for a motivated educator or nursing professional who is passionate about developing the future nursing workforce.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current industry currency and recent acute nursing experience
  • Bachelor of Nursing or higher qualification
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent), or be actively working towards completion in line with regulatory requirements
  • Relevant vocational competencies appropriate to the Diploma of Nursing program
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commitment to student success and quality educational outcomes
