About The Role:

As a Student Records Officer, you will ensure the integrity, accuracy and compliance of student academic records while delivering excellent customer service to students and staff.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating student records in line with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing and processing amendments (results, withdrawals, attendance, transfers and enrolments)
  • Managing student account updates including refunds and holds in consultation with Finance
  • Issuing and quality-checking testamurs and awards (AQF aligned)
  • Performing data cleansing to support reporting and compliance
  • Providing advice to internal stakeholders and students regarding record updates
  • Escalating complex or non-compliant matters as required

 

This role is essential in ensuring accurate reporting outcomes and a seamless student experience.
