The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across an assigned Bendigo Kangan Institute portfolio.
As the primary marketing partner for your portfolio, you’ll work with stakeholders to understand their priorities, customers and market environment, translating these insights into activity that supports customer acquisition, retention and growth.
You’ll manage campaigns and strategic projects from planning and briefing through to delivery, optimisation and reporting. This may include digital campaigns, content development, events and customer engagement initiatives.
This varied role combines strategic marketing, stakeholder partnering and hands-on delivery. It will suit a well-rounded marketer who enjoys taking ownership, building trusted relationships and using insights to achieve measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimise integrated marketing plans aligned with portfolio and organisational objectives.
- Build stakeholder relationships and provide marketing advice supporting acquisition, retention and growth.
- Project manage multi-channel campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Support proposition development and go-to-market activity for products and services.
- Manage customer-facing content across websites, digital channels and campaign materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and return on investment.
- Use performance insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate events, suppliers, and budgets.
What You'll Bring
You’ll be an experienced and adaptable marketing professional with strong marketing fundamentals, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You’ll bring:
- A tertiary marketing qualification, or extensive experience managing product or category marketing in a B2C, education or training environment.
- Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns from planning and briefing through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
- Product marketing, proposition development and go-to-market experience.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail across multiple deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and client service skills.
- Strong content writing and data-informed decision-making skills.
- Experience with platforms such as Eloqua, Hubspot, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager or Drupal.
- A positive, adaptable and collaborative approach, with flexibility to travel across BKI campuses and overnight stays in regional locations as required.
