About The Role:
As a Graphic Designer within Bendigo Kangan Institute’s Growth Portfolio, you will create engaging visual content that supports marketing, brand and corporate communications across the Institute. Working as part of a collaborative and professional marketing team, you will design high‑quality creative assets that inspire, inform and connect with current and future students, alumni and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Manager, Campaigns, this role supports student acquisition and engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Bendigo TAFE and Kangan Institute’s strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and deliver high‑quality marketing and advertising assets across digital and print channels, including web, social media, email and promotional materials
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and Institute strategies
- Collaborate with marketers and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns on time and to a high standard
- Ensure brand consistency, accuracy and quality across all design outputs
- Manage multiple design projects, balancing priorities and meeting agreed timelines
