About The Role:

The Events Team Leader will lead the delivery of high-impact events that enhance brand presence, drive student acquisition, and support engagement across Bendigo Kangan Institute’s four brands. This is a hands-on leadership role managing end-to-end event planning while guiding a small team.

 

This role requires flexibility, including weekend and after-hours work, along with regular regional travel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, deliver and manage a diverse calendar of events
    • Lead and support event execution, including expos and conferences
    • Manage event budgets, suppliers and stakeholder relationships
    • Coordinate event marketing with campaign and marketing teams
    • Identify new event opportunities and industry trends
    • Maintain event calendars and support resource planning
    • Lead events on the day, including setup and coordination
