Remuneration:  starting at $ 94,772.16 (inclusive of 12% super, depending on qualifications)

Bendigo Kangan Institute’s Automotive Centre of Excellence (ACE) in Docklands is seeking passionate automotive heavy vehicle professionals to inspire and train the next generation of industry professionals. What You Will Do:

• Deliver practical training and assess competency for apprentices and other learners in heavy vehicle programs
• Share current industry knowledge and demonstrate safe, high-quality work practices
• Plan learning activities, maintain training records and contribute to quality and compliance requirements
• Build positive relationships with learners, employers and colleagues
• Maintain your connection with industry through professional development and employer engagement

Who We’re Looking For:

• Cert III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology or a relevant qualification in auto electrical, diesel or mobile plant service and repair
• Trade Background: Extensive experience in Auto Electrical, Heavy Vehicle, Diesel, or Mobile Plant (Truck/Bus/Earth-moving) service and repair
• A passion for mentoring and developing future tradespeople
• Strong communication and practical teaching skills
• A team player
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (completed/currently enrolled or willing to enrol)
