About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic, technology-enabled transformation program that will enhance student support services across Victoria's TAFE network.

As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Student Success Program, overseeing the design and implementation of a Salesforce-based Student Support module aimed at improving student outcomes through proactive and coordinated support services.

This flagship project will transform how students are identified, supported and connected throughout their learning journey. Working across business, technology and operational teams, you'll help shape customer-centred services that enable earlier intervention, stronger case management and more personalised support for students, while creating a consistent approach that can be scaled across the Victorian TAFE network.

Beyond this major transformation, you'll partner with leaders, technical teams and external stakeholders to improve services, simplify experiences and drive outcomes that place students at the centre of everything we do. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-profile initiative that will deliver lasting impact for students, educators and the broader vocational education sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project governance, planning, risk management and delivery from discovery through to implementation and rollout.
  • Managing relationships with internal teams, partner TAFEs, Salesforce and external delivery partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinating resources, budgets, timelines and dependencies while providing clear reporting to senior leaders and governance forums.
  • Driving collaboration across multiple stakeholders to deliver a scalable solution that improves visibility of at-risk students and strengthens support pathways.
  • Supporting procurement activities and vendor management to ensure quality delivery within scope and agreed timelines.

We are excited about you because:

You're a pragmatic and collaborative project management professional who enjoys turning complex ideas into tangible results. You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can lead programs of work, bring stakeholders together, and take a hands-on approach to driving outcomes, solving problems, and delivering meaningful change.

You’ll also bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex technology-enabled transformation or digital delivery projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale project lifecycles, governance frameworks, budgets, stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms and associated implementations.
  • Accreditation or a deep understanding of PMBOK project management methodologies, along with working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams and organisations.
  • Experience within education, customer experience, or service delivery environments will be highly regarded.

We can offer you:

  • Attractive work-life balance and flexible work options
  • Free onsite parking for most campuses
  • Professional development programs
  • Fitness Passport Program with exclusive access for you and your family to 230+ locations Australia wide
  • Counselling support (EAP) and Health & Wellbeing initiatives throughout the year
