About the role
We’re now looking for a passionate and driven Team Leader to champion our Apprentice and Trainee Hub, guiding a high-performing team that plays a vital role in shaping the future of vocational education. You’ll lead with purpose and agility, empowering Apprentice Training Advisors to deliver tailored support and training solutions across diverse industries, while cultivating meaningful relationships with employers, and students. Key Responsibilities
This is a dynamic, people-focused leadership role where you'll:
- Lead and support a team of Apprentice Training Advisors across daily operations, with a strong focus on employer engagement
- Drive quality training plans and guidance for apprentices and trainees
- Cultivate and maintain strategic employer relationships to drive sustainable growth and foster robust industry partnerships across the sector
- Drive change management initiatives, guiding teams through transformation with clarity, empathy, and a strategic focus
- Ensure compliance with training contracts and government requirements
- Champion continuous improvement and team development
- Play a key role in audits, process management, and resource coordination
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in successfully leading teams and managing operations
- In-depth knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks/regulations and student lifecycle systems
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication (written & verbal), and stakeholder engagement skills to build long-lasting employer relationships
- Maintain professional networks, providing advice and guidance about industry developments and changes
- Sharp problem-solving ability and a commitment to service excellence
- A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
- A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel across sites
