About The Role:
We are seeking a Technical Simulation Officer to join our Hair, Beauty & Barbering team at Cremorne Campus. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that supports practical learning sessions and ensures smooth salon operations. You’ll be the welcoming face of our training salon, assisting with client bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage salon reception duties – greet clients, schedule appointments, and process payments.
- Support educators by preparing and setting up equipment and materials for classes.
- Coordinate client bookings and maintain stock levels for salon consumables.
- Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for quotes and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards in a professional salon environment.
Please note that this role is fully onsite.

- Previous experience in a reception or administration role (Hair & Beauty industry experience highly regarded).
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic stock management.
