About the Role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide high‑quality coordination and administrative support across recruitment activities.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues, this role supports the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, helping ensure hiring processes are timely, accurate and compliant. The role has a strong focus on recruitment administration, systems support, candidate experience and workforce pipeline coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and triaging the Talent Acquisition inbox and recruitment enquiries
- Supporting job advertisements, approvals, postings and updates
- Coordinating interviews, panel logistics and candidate communications
- Assisting with contracts, job offers, pre‑employment checks and onboarding handover
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records, systems data and talent pools
What you’ll bring
- Experience in recruitment, HR or administrative coordination roles
- Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and a service‑focused approach
- Experience working with Success Factors or similar systems (desirable)
