About the Role:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide high‑quality coordination and administrative support across recruitment activities.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues, this role supports the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, helping ensure hiring processes are timely, accurate and compliant. The role has a strong focus on recruitment administration, systems support, candidate experience and workforce pipeline coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and triaging the Talent Acquisition inbox and recruitment enquiries
  • Supporting job advertisements, approvals, postings and updates
  • Coordinating interviews, panel logistics and candidate communications
  • Assisting with contracts, job offers, pre‑employment checks and onboarding handover
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records, systems data and talent pools

 

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in recruitment, HR or administrative coordination roles
  • Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and a service‑focused approach
  • Experience working with Success Factors or similar systems (desirable)
