About The Role:
We are seeking an industry-experienced Beauty Therapy professional to deliver high-quality training and assessment of Beauty Therapy and related programs. You will work in a simulated salon environment, guiding students through both theory and practical components, and supporting diverse and neurodiverse learners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging training in classroom and practical settings
- Supervise students during hands-on activities
- Conduct competency-based assessments in line with standards
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
We are excited about you because you have:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) or are actively working towards it
- Relevant vocational qualifications and 2+ years of current industry experience in Beauty Therapy
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching
- Ability to support learners from diverse backgrounds
