About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tester to support the successful delivery of enhancements and stabilisation initiatives across our Student Management System and associated integrations.
Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will lead end-to-end testing activities to ensure system changes are reliable, compliant and fit for purpose. You'll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to validate new processes, manage defects, support user acceptance testing and provide confidence in release readiness.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on key student lifecycle processes while helping drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working.
We are excited about you because you have:
- Proven experience in a Senior Tester or similar role delivering testing across complex systems and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management and QA best practices.
- Experience using testing and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively, influence outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience within education or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
