The Opportunity
As our Senior Organisational Design Specialist, you’ll partner with Executives and senior leaders to design the structures, operating models and workforce solutions that enable BKI to deliver on its strategic ambitions.
Working across a diverse and evolving organisation, you’ll lead complex organisational design initiatives from concept through to implementation. You’ll provide specialist advice, support evidence-based decision making and help ensure changes are well governed, understood and embedded.

What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise-wide organisational design, operating model and job architecture projects aligned to strategic priorities.
- Partner with Executives and senior leaders to develop contemporary organisational structures and workforce solutions.
- Analyse workforce, organisational capability and financial data to inform evidence-based recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate across People & Culture, Finance and business leaders to co-design sustainable solutions.
- Develop executive papers, frameworks, consultation materials, transition plans and implementation plans.
- Support governance, risk assessment and evaluation of organisational design changes, including post-implementation review and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
You’ll be an experienced organisational design professional who combines strategic thinking with commercial acumen, sound judgement and strong stakeholder influence.
You'll bring:
- Extensive experience leading complex organisational design, operating model, job architecture or workforce transformation initiatives in a large and complex organisation.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and advise Executives and senior leaders through sensitive change, consultation and implementation processes.
- Strong analytical capability, including experience interpreting workforce, financial and organisational data.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and influence decision-making.
- A collaborative, people-centred approach and confidence working in regulated or industrially sensitive environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded. Experience in the public sector, education, unionised or similarly regulated environments is advantageous.
