ICT Application Tester Intern

Location: Cremorne 
Role Type: Part-time fixed term (12 weeks), hybrid role for 3 days a week

 About The Role:  

Are you seeking to launch your career in ICT? 

We are offering an excellent internship opportunity for current or recent ICT graduates to join our team as an ICT Application Tester Intern to assist the development team by performing developer-level testing on both new and existing applications. 

You will play a vital role in verifying that software features function as intended prior to user testing, utilizing your ICT expertise to support the alignment of development processes with business requirements. Our team adheres to a comprehensive end-to-end software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with operations, network, and security teams for necessary approvals before engaging with business stakeholders for product validation and deployment. 

Regular weekly team meetings and fortnightly 'dev talks' provide structured opportunities to discuss current technologies, address development challenges, and share industry trends relevant to ongoing projects.  

About You: 

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts
• Familiarity with web and mobile applications
• Team player
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

 The Essential Paperwork: Working with Children Clearance (WWCC), Current police check, Certified right to work documentation, Certified copies of your qualifications and transcripts
