About The Role:

As the Enterprise Platform & Integration Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimising BKI’s Student Journey Environments (SJE) platforms. Reporting to the Director, ICT Strategy, Architecture, Risk & Compliance, you will ensure seamless system integration, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements to enhance platform performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Optimisation & Integration- Monitor, analyse, and enhance SaaS platform performance to align with business objectives.
  • System Integration - Oversee and facilitate the integration of third-party systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Technical Troubleshooting - Identify, diagnose, and resolve platform-related technical issues efficiently.
  • Process Improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • AI and Platforms – Engage with the SARC and other ICT Teams in the development of BKI’s platform to cater for AI
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Engage with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support business needs and integration requirements.
  • Reporting & Analytics - Generate Concept papers and insights to inform decision-making for Cloud Platforms, Fabric and system enhancements.

 

About You:

You are a results-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital transformation. Your expertise in platform management, integration, and technical troubleshooting enables you to drive operational excellence.


You will bring:

  • At least 5 years in SaaS platform management (AZURE, AWS, GOOGLE, etc), system integration, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of API, connectors, and AI Agent management, data exchange protocols, and middleware solutions.
  • Good Knowledge of AI platforms and Fabric
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
