About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Courseware Partner to drive courseware performance and excellence across BKI's Education Centres. This specialist role focuses on enhancing training and assessment materials through digitisation, increased engagement, and innovative educational design approaches.

As our Courseware Partner, you will connect with teaching teams to transform existing courseware, lead digitisation projects to modernise training materials, and develop engaging interactive educational content. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring all courseware meets VET compliance requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and engagement.

Hybrid working with flexible home/office arrangements across Bendigo, Broadmeadows or Cremorne locations. Multiple opportunities - 2x full-time ongoing roles + 1x part-time (0.5 FTE) 12-month contract. Competitive salary starting from $108,030 + Superannuation.

We are excited about you because you have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher relevant education qualification (Desirable)
  •          Partner with key educators to build lasting relationships that enhance courseware design and student outcomes.
  •          Substantial experience within vocational education and training environments
  •          Proven expertise in instructional design and content and assessment development
  •          Experience in educational content project management (both print and digital formats)
  •          Thorough understanding of VET delivery requirements, including VDSS and VCE-VM
