About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor – Leadership & Management to join our Broadmeadows campus team. This role plays a key part in delivering high‑quality training to both industry clients and students across multiple delivery modes, including face‑to‑face and online learning.

 

You will:

  • Work closely with industry partners, schools and TAFEs to understand workforce needs and tailor training solutions.
  • Deliver engaging and contemporary training that supports emerging and existing leaders.
  • Conduct competency‑based assessments aligned with VET quality standards.
  • Model strong leadership capabilities, professional communication and high engagement in diverse classroom and workplace environments.
  • Regularly travel to different campuses and client sites to deliver training.

 

This position is ideal for someone who is highly connected within industry, a strong communicator, and confident presenting to groups of emerging and established leaders.

 

 

We are excited about you because you have:

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Leadership or Management (essential).
  • A Diploma of Leadership & Management (desirable).
  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent), or a willingness to enrol.
  • Strong industry experience and credibility in leadership roles.
  • The ability to confidently deliver both online and face‑to‑face training.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience working with diverse cohorts, including regional travel clients (e.g., Bendigo/Ballarat).
