About The Role:

As a Waterproofing Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. This position combines classroom-based training with hands-on workplace delivery, ensuring learners gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. You’ll work closely with students to develop their skills in applying waterproofing systems across a variety of settings, including bathrooms, planter boxes, and other membrane applications.
This is a dynamic role that involves travelling to worksites to provide on-the-job training and assessment, helping learners meet industry standards in real-world environments. To support your mobility and effectiveness, a fully equipped trade vehicle will be supplied.
You’ll be part of a supportive training team committed to maintaining high-quality outcomes and compliance with national training standards. Your expertise will help learners achieve their qualifications and succeed in the construction industry.

- Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (Mandatory)
- Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (Desirable)
- Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within two years) OR have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
