About The Role:

As a Teacher in School Based Education Support, you will:

• Deliver engaging classroom-based training to students and support remote students undertaking a traineeship in education support.
• Design and implement flexible learning strategies aligned with industry needs.
• Assess student competence using contemporary VET practices.
• Support learners at risk and apply strategies to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training relevance and quality.

We are excited about you because you have:

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent – mandatory).
• Certificate IV in School Based Education Support (or higher qualification).
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Understanding of the needs of diverse learners and inclusive teaching practices.
