About the role 

Location: Broadmeadows 
Role Type: Sessional (casual role), flexible with days 
Remuneration:  $ 91.42 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience) 

 

We are looking for Teacher Engineering (Fabrication) to join us on a casual basis.  
You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality vocational education and competency-based assessment in fabrication engineering programs. Your role will include: 

  • Delivering practical and theory lessons in engineering fabrication and welding 

  • Supporting learners to build confidence and competence in fabrication programs 

  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress, assessments, and compliance documentation 

  • Fostering a positive, respectful and inclusive learning environment that empowers students to take ownership of their learning

We are excited about you because you have: 

  • Passion to share industry knowledge with young learners

  • Strong IT skills to support online systems, student records, learning resources and day-to-day communication 

  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive, team-focused approach 

  • A completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment  

  • Trades background in Fabrication  

 

The Essential Paperwork; Working with Children Clearance (WWCC), Current police check, Certified right to work documentation, Certified copies of your qualifications, transcripts and Electrical licence.
