About the role 

Location: North Melbourne Region 
Role Type: Full time, ongoing 
Remuneration:  starting $94,772.16 inclusive of 12% super (dependent on qualifications) 

 

We are looking for Electrical Teachers to join our closely-knit and welcoming team at Trades Skills Centre. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality vocational education and competency-based assessment in electrical programs. Your role will include: 

  • Delivering accredited training aligned with industry standards
  • Supporting learners to build confidence and competence in electrical programs
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress, assessments, and compliance documentation
  • Creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

We are excited about you because you have: 

  • A Grade Electrical Licence
  • A completed or currently studying Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willing to enrol
  • Ability to adapt your teaching and communication style to support different learner needs
  • Work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team
  • Passion to share industry knowledge with young learners 

 

The Essential Paperwork; Working with Children Clearance (WWCC), Current police check, Certified right to work documentation, Certified copies of your qualifications, transcripts and Electrical licence.
