About The Role:
We are looking for a Sessional Work Education Teacher to join the Youth and Work Education team at Broadmeadows campus as a trainer and assessor. This role is critical in supporting adult learners with neuro diverse needs to develop confidence, communication skills, and practical knowledge to prepare them for greater independence and employment.
The successful candidate must be available on call across all five working days and demonstrate a flexible, student-centred approach to teaching and learning. You will become a part of a friendly and supportive team, where collaboration and flexibility are highly valued.

- Highly desirable: Previous experience in teaching adults with an intellectual disability
- A completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Highly flexible and available to cover a range of classes as needed
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a supportive team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centred approach
