Role Type: Sessional/Casual

Remuneration: Starting from Casual Teaching rate $91.42 per hour & Non-Teaching rate $62.14 per hour, depending on qualifications and teaching experience

About The Role:

We are seeking a Sessional Teacher – Legal Services to deliver our Certificate IV in Legal Services program.

This is an exciting opportunity for an industry professional to transition into teaching or extend their education career in a flexible, online environment.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging online classes (one evening per week)
• Facilitate learning and conduct competency-based assessments
• Teach key subject areas including Contract and Tort Law
• Support students to build practical, job-ready legal skills
• Create engaging virtual learning using breakout rooms, Miro boards and collaboration tools

You’ll join a passionate education team dedicated to delivering high-quality vocational training that aligns with industry needs and supports student success.

We are excited about you because you have:

• Strong industry experience in legal services, particularly Contract and Tort Law
• A Certificate IV in Legal Services (or higher qualification)

• Experience or confidence teaching in an online environment

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116/TAE) OR willingness to enrol and complete

• Able to bring enthusiasm and real-world insight to the classroom

• Relevant vocational competency and industry currency
