Role Type: Sessional (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday availability required) 

Remuneration: $ 82.01/hour depending on qualifications 
 
 

About The Role:  

We’re seeking a passionate Sessional Business Teacher to deliver engaging, hybrid classes at our Broadmeadows campus.  You’ll support diverse learners, including those needing extra encouragement, while bringing your tech skills, AI awareness, and industry experience into the classroom.   
 
With no weekends, this role offers the perfect work-life balance.

You will be involved in: 

  • Delivering business training in a hybrid format (on campus and online) 

  • Supporting students who may face barriers to traditional learning pathways 

  • Integrating digital tools, AI concepts, and cyber awareness into lessons 

  • Contributing to a supportive, professional, and forward-thinking teaching team 

 

We are excited about you because you have: 

  • Current industry skills, knowledge and competencies 

  • Strong digital literacy and familiarity with AI tools or digital capability frameworks 

  • Experience working with students who require tailored engagement strategies 

  • Experience teaching ESL students 

  • A background in business implementation or consulting (highly regarded) 

  • A proactive, self-managed approach and a passion for education 

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)  

  • Certificate IV in Business (BSB40120) or higher
