Position: Senior Cloud Applications & Data Solutions Analyst

FTE: Full Time, Ongoing

Location: Broadmeadows

Salary: Starting from $119,282.00 (Based on experience and qualifications)

 

About the Role

Are you ready to shape the future of education and technology? Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Cloud Applications & Data Solutions Analyst to join our innovative Customer Experience & Technology team.

As our Senior Cloud Applications & Data Solutions Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our enterprise technology ecosystem. You’ll provide expert support for critical business applications, lead cloud-based development and administration in Azure, and engineer data solutions that drive performance and insights across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for enterprise applications and integrations
  • Administer and develop Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Coordination between internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance system performance and user experience
  • Some potential travel between campuses

 

Key Requirements

  • A degree and postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise application support and cloud platforms
  • Expertise in Azure services (Data Lake, Synapse, SQL DB, Key Vault, DevOps)
  • Strong data engineering skills using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar
  • Experience with MuleSoft (desirable)
  • ITIL certification (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
