About The Role:
As a Self Assurance Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of a standardised and collaborative approach to self-assurance across our education centres. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders to coordinate activities that improve the quality of service delivery. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leading quality assurance processes and enjoys working with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and Integrate Self-Assurance Framework by creating a comprehensive self-assurance framework tailored to our educational services, ensuring alignment with the new ASQA Standards

Lead a team of self-assurance partners to improve teacher, industry, and student experiences by driving service improvement.

Design and implement best practice quality assurance processes that embed lean principles and build a continuous improvement culture.

Foster a Culture of Collective Responsibility where self assurance is viewed as a shared responsibility among all employees. Coordinate self-assurance activities for internal Service hubs and delivery education centres.

Generate insights from data, focusing on education delivery, and make recommendations for improvement.

Lead or participate in projects to improve self- assurance processes and systems

Enhance Internal Capabilities Identify and implement training programs for staff to build internal capabilities related to quality assurance practices
About You:
You are a quality-driven professional with a passion for process improvement and self assurance. You enjoy leading teams and driving initiatives that enhance service delivery. Your keen problem-solving abilities and attention to detail enable you to deliver high-quality, impactful improvements.
You will bring:

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

An undergraduate degree in business, education, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in self-assurance, quality control, or process improvement roles from within the VET sector.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience with self-assessment and self-improvement programs is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of of the Outcome Standards for RTO’s and other legislative requirements.

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across large groups and deal with personal matters sensitively.
