About The Role:

As a teacher in the Certificate IV in Disability, you will deliver high-quality, competency-based education that prepares learners to support individuals with diverse needs. Teaching is conducted across a variety of settings—including classrooms, simulated healthcare environments, workplaces, and online platforms—ensuring students gain practical, real-world experience that aligns with industry standards.
We are excited about you because you have:
Qualifications:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or currently completing (Mandatory)
- Certificate IV in Disability (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience (Desirable)
- Relevant vocational qualifications and/or demonstrated competency at or above the level being delivered
Experience and Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Culturally aware and respectful of diversity
- Able to identify and support language, literacy, and numeracy needs
- Skilled in adapting communication to suit different audiences
- Strong relationship-building skills with students and stakeholders
- Familiar with digital and blended learning practices
- Comfortable using digital tools for teaching, communication, and administration
- Current driver’s licence (if applicable)
