About The Role:

Based at our Bendigo, Essendon or Sunbury Campus, this Sessional Teacher – VET Teacher Training role is responsible for delivering the TAE40112 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You will play a key role in developing future VET practitioners by delivering high‑quality, compliant training and assessment aligned to regulatory and industry standards. This role suits an experienced VET professional who is passionate about adult education and confident in delivering the TAE qualification in a learner‑centred, engaging environment. Holding the TAE qualification is mandatory, along with a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, and the ability to assess and support learners to meet national training package requirements.

Qualifications

  • TAE40112 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (mandatory)
  • Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (mandatory)
  • Relevant industry currency and the ability to maintain compliance with VET regulatory standards

 

Experience and knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing the TAE40112 qualification
  • Strong understanding of the VET Quality Framework, training packages and assessment requirements
  • Ability to develop engaging learning and assessment materials that support learner success
