About The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Program Lead – Vocational English to join our IE leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the coordination, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our English Language courses that meet industry and learner expectations. You’ll lead a team of 15 Teachers, managing their performance, development, and course allocations, while also contributing to teaching as needed. With accountability for student progress and outcomes in line with regulatory standards, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive excellence in teaching English to migrants and make a lasting impact.

 

We are excited about you because you have:

  • A three-year undergraduate degree or higher and a postgraduate or higher Teacher of English as a Second Language (TESOL) qualification or equivalent OR A recognized university undergraduate degree or higher in education or equivalent with a TESOL major (Mandatory)
  • Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of course design, delivery and assessment, within the governance framework.
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Current Industry Experience
  • A completed Cert IV TAE
