Renumeration: $130,818.00 +12% superannuation

As the Program Lead (previously referred to as Lead Educator), your adaptability and problem-solving mindset will empower both students and staff every day. You’ll lead a team of dedicated teachers delivering VET teacher training programs. You’ll oversee curriculum design, scheduling, student progress, and staff development—ensuring high-quality outcomes for students from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate curriculum planning, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Monitor student attendance, engagement, and academic progress
- Support staff with daily operations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
We are excited about you because you have:
- Must have: Diploma of Vocation education and training
- Completed Certificate IV TAE or willing to enrol
- Excellent knowledge of the VET Sector and the Training Standards for RTOs
- Experience delivering TAE Courses
- Flexibility to work in different situations
- Ability to coordinate staff spread geographically
- Excellent leadership skills & experience managing a team
