We are looking for a passionate and strategic People and Culture Business Partner – Regional to help us grow our impact across regional Victoria.

 

About the Role

As the P&C Business Partner – Regional, you’ll be the trusted advisor and go-to HR expert for our regional campuses. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to deliver tailored, proactive people solutions that align with BKI’s values and strategic goals.

About You

  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with regional leaders and employees.
  • Deliver end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Drive workforce planning and capability development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, respect, and high performance.
  • Partner with the business to support change management efforts and support organisational effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders to provide coaching and guidance across employee relations matter with varying degree of complexity
  • Provide strategic coaching to support alignment of operational activities and initiatives to strategy
  • Collaborate with a dynamic P&C team to deliver seamless, integrated HR services.

 

What You Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a multi-site or public sector environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, people-first mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
