About The Role:
As an Enquiries and Admissions Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrolment journey—from initial enquiry to finalising payment. You’ll respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, and play a key role in processing applications and conducting internal audits to ensure enrolment accuracy.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team of enrolment officers (across all BKI Campuses), with experienced colleagues to lean on and opportunities for career progression. This KPI-driven role offers flexible and hybrid work arrangements.
In this role you will:
- Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process enrolments and conduct internal audits
- Provide accurate course and application advice
- Support targeted enrolment activities and open days
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with team members to meet service levels and KPIs
